When you contact the Firm or become a client, we may collect your name, mailing address, email address, and mobile telephone number. If you opt in to text message communications, we also record your mobile number and the date and method of your consent.

Program Description

Dan Davis Law Accident & Injury Lawyers sends text messages to clients who have retained the Firm and have opted in to receive text communications. Messages relate to your case and may include:

  • Deposition, hearing, and court date reminders
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Requests for documents, records, or signatures
  • Case status updates and requests to contact our office

This program does not send promotional, advertising, or solicitation messages. Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of representation or of receiving any legal service from the Firm.

Eligibility and Consent

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in — whether by checking the consent box on our website, by verbally authorizing our staff, or by signing the text messaging consent section of your representation agreement — you consent to receive text messages from Dan Davis Law Accident & Injury Lawyers at that number. You represent that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided or are authorized to consent on the subscriber’s behalf.
